Townsend TCG is a small trading card business in Saint Augustine, Florida, run by Austin Townsend. This policy covers townsendtcg.com and the tools we use to run the business, including the tool that publishes our own videos to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

What we collect

• Website visits. The site does not use ads, tracking pixels or analytics cookies. Our host (GitHub Pages) and network provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard server logs such as IP address and browser type for security.
• Messages you send us. If you contact us through Instagram, TikTok or a form on this site, we keep what you send so we can reply.
• Payments. Card payments are handled by our payment providers (JIM, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle). We never see or store your full card number.

Connected social accounts

We use a publishing tool to post Townsend TCG videos to our own TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts. When an account is connected, the tool receives basic profile information (such as username and profile picture) and permission to upload videos to that account. That access is used only to upload and publish our content and check whether a post finished. Login tokens are held by our integration provider, Composio, so the tool can post on our behalf, and the videos come from our own Google Drive. We do not sell, share or use this data for anything else. Access can be removed at any time from the platform's settings (for TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Manage app permissions).

How we use and share information

We use information only to run the business: answer messages, complete sales and post our content. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, as needed for them to do their job, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and sale records as long as needed for the business and for tax records, then delete them. Access tokens for connected accounts are deleted when an account is disconnected.

Children

This site and our tools are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by messaging @townsend_tcg on Instagram.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
