These terms cover townsendtcg.com and the tools Townsend TCG uses to run the business, including the tool that publishes our videos to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. By using the site or these tools you agree to them.

Who we are

Townsend TCG is a trading card show vendor in Saint Augustine, Florida, run by Austin Townsend.

Using the site

Show dates, inventory and prices on this site are shared in good faith but can change without notice. Card prices are set at the table or in writing when you buy. Please don't misuse the site, try to break it, or copy its content for commercial use without asking.

Purchases

Sales happen in person at card shows or directly with us. Payment is due at the time of sale. Because trading cards are collectibles, all sales are final unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Publishing tool

Our publishing tool is used only to post Townsend TCG's own content to accounts we own. Anyone who connects an account to it authorizes it to upload videos to that account, and is responsible for following the rules of each platform (including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines). Access can be removed at any time from the platform's app permission settings.

Third-party services

The site links to and relies on other services, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Collectr and our payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

No warranty

The site and tools are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Townsend TCG is not liable for indirect or incidental losses from using them.
